Roles & Responsibilities

MTS

• Provide store support and general assistance.
• Handle products and stock.
• Assist with loading and unloading.
• Support day-to-day store operations.

Salesperson

• Handle customers and assist them with their requirements.
• Explain products and their features.
• Handle sales enquiries.
• Work towards achieving sales targets.
• Provide good customer service.
